Our food service staff works hard to prepare a wide array of meals that can accommodate almost any group. We know that many of our guests have a variety of dietary concerns and allergies and we will work to accommodate your group as best we can.
Recognizing that we often have two or more groups sharing our facility at a given time, our food service team creates menus that are wide-ranging and suitable for numerous people. Sample Meal Menus
Breakfast
- Scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, yogurt, fresh seasonal fruit, granola bars, cereal, juice, coffee, tea and hot chocolate
Lunch
- Homemade soup, salad, build your own fajitas (chicken, veggies, rice and beans), fruit, chips and a drink
Dinner
- Roast turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, green beans, salad, rolls and chocolate chip cookies.
