Financial Assistance
All families with a household annual income below $100,000 are eligible for some amount of financial assistance! Parents must complete the financial assistance application to qualify.

Pricing & Discounts
Tier Pricing – Camp Woodstock also offers flexible “pay what you can afford” pricing tiers for overnight camp. All children have the same camp experience regardless of what their parents pay. Your selection will be confidential.
Tier 1 – Most accurately reflects the true cost of operating camp.
Tier 2 – A partially subsidized rate that accounts for some seasonal costs, such as equipment, and facility repairs.
Tier 3 – A partially subsidized rate that accounts for the basic operating costs of camp, such as food, staff salaries, and utilities.
Check-In and Check-Out Procedures
Drop-Off occurs on Sunday afternoons between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM based on last name alphabetically. You will receive an email prior to your check-in day to notify you of your time window to check-in. Please follow these instructions to avoid long lines and wait times.
Pick-Up occurs Friday evenings between 5:30 PM and 7:00 PM. There is no stayover option between full sessions. Please note we have made a change to our pickup schedule. All one-week traditional campers will leave between 5:30 – 7 pm on Friday. Full Session campers (2-week campers) and LITs will stay through the weekend and depart on Friday of the second week.
