Greetings from Camp Woodstock! Today was our first full day with our new campers! We started our day off with some cabin acts…some highlights included peaceful protesting, flower pot painting, Buckingham/Cabin 9 Square Dancing, and positivity balloons. Monday means that we started new classes…we have so many fun activities this week! Everyone is happy with the classes they signed up for…from Granny Class to Canoeing to Expedition to BB Gunnery!

After lunch and rest hour we went off to our new afternoon classes. The fun continued on, with everything from Drama to Mad Scientists to Fishing to Arts and Crafts! Classes ended for the day and we went off to Free Swim. It was sure nice to cool off in Black Pond on such a hot day!

DJ Dinner made sure us pumped up for our evening program, which was Unit Acts. Our friends in Unit One took a trip to Mars, complete with a Martian building contest and eating some delicious Jell-o. Unit Two went all around camp for a Photo Scavenger Hunt, which concluded with a dance party and Freeze Pops. A massive game of Capture the Flag tuckered out our friends in Unit Three and an Ultimate Scavenger Hunt had our Yurters running around and working as a team to find all their items.

Even though we are all going to bed at different times tonight, we are all still ready to go to sleep! Good night!
