Since most of our staff have been Woodstockers for many years, they know their primary role is to mentor campers in our “CHoRR” values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility. The relationships that result are at the heart of the Woodstock spirit that keeps bringing back campers and staff year after year. The key to the success of our program is our outstanding staff. Our counselors and program specialists are selected from our own CIT program and colleges across the country. They are chosen for their maturity and desire to be role models for kids. A senior and junior staff member supervise a cabin of 10 – 14 campers grouped by age.
